Dental Assistant

Plymouth Family Dentistry is a private practice that has provided care for patients in the SE Michigan area for over 35+ years. Our employees are like family, and we are looking to add members to our team!

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Assistant at Plymouth Family Dentistry, located in Plymouth, MI. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for providing support during dental procedures, preparing patients for treatment, sterilizing instruments, assisting dentists with various tasks, and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient comfort, managing supplies, and adhering to infection control guidelines to uphold the highest standards of oral care.

• Proficiency in Dental Care, Oral Care, and general Dentistry practices
• Experience in Dental Assisting, including assisting during procedures and chairside support
• Familiarity with Sterilization techniques and infection control standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients and team members
• Certification as a Dental Assistant or equivalent training is preferred
• CPR certification and knowledge of dental office software are beneficial
