Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process. This role is the "engine room" of our supply chain, ensuring that products move from purchase order to delivery while meeting the rigorous standards of our automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partners. This is an excellent entry-level role for a graduate looking to build a career in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management:
    Execute the full lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs), from initial entry to final invoicing, ensuring 100% accuracy in pricing and quantities. Account management, follow-up of accounts receivable collection and monthly reconciliation.
  • Logistics & Shipping:
    Create essential shipping documentation, including packing slips and Bills of Lading (BOL). Coordinate daily outbound shipments via Fed Ex and other carriers. Coordinate international shipping, inbound receipt, and warehousing.
  • OEM Portal Management:
    Navigate and maintain various automotive OEM customer websites. You will be responsible for uploading data and pulling requirements to satisfy each customer's unique compliance and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes.
  • Intercompany Coordination:
    Manage intercompany purchase orders, ensuring seamless communication and inventory movement between internal departments or global branches.
  • Invoicing:
    Generate and issue invoices promptly upon shipment to maintain a healthy accounts receivable cycle.
  • General Business:
    Assist with the management of various vendor and customer accounts via handling daily business matters, replying to order inquiries, etc., to ensure the smooth completion of each task

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Economics preferred).
  • Tech Savvy:
    Ability to quickly learn external web portals and complex ERP systems. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Detail Oriented:
    In the automotive world, a small clerical error can stop a production line. You must have an "eagle eye" for detail.
  • Problem Solver:
    Ability to navigate the different shipping and documentation requirements of various high-profile clients.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Familiarity with automotive supply ecosystem is a plus
  • Base salary starting from $50,000 annually, with performance-based incentives.
