• Manage and mentor a team of prepress/automation/software developer specialists.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Enfocus Switch workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, production, and operations teams to streamline workflows.
• Train staff and champion best practices in automation and prepress.
• Track KPIs to determine where automation is helping or hindering.

• Hands‑on expertise with Enfocus Switch (configurators, scripting, APIs).
• Strong commercial printing background (PDF workflows, prepress automation, imposition, VDP, inkjet).
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Ultimate Impostrip, BCC Mailer, EFI Pace, or similar systems a plus.
