Experience
- Proven experience as a Property Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of financial report writing and interpretation.
- Proficiency in using property management software for accounting & reconciliations.
- Experience in third-party management environment is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
