Job Description:

Beantown Home Services, located in Plymouth, MA is actively seeking a motivated full-time or part-time

Plumbing Technician to install, service, repair and maintain residential and light-commercial plumbing systems and fixtures. This Plumber position works a regular full-time schedule with an on-call schedule and opportunities for overtime. You earn a competitive wage of up to $50/hour, based on skills and experience. Qualifications/Requirements:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Extensive knowledge of systems and equipment.

Ability to use power and hand tools relevant to the selected trade.
Ability to troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems.
Excellent communication skills, as required to interact with customer.
Valid driver's license
Ability to work an on-call schedule
Ability to comply with company policy regarding background checks
Must understand and comply with all company rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate is well-rounded, with some exposure to electrical, plumbing and HVAC as well as general facility maintenance.
BOILER SKILLS ARE A PLUS

Education/

Experience:

4-5 years' experience preferred
Must have a license to practice as a Journeyman Plumber in the state of MA

Physical Requirements:

Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on the time of year.
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling or climbing ladders
Must be able to lift 100 pounds at a time
Must be able to work with power tools
