Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert critical care nursing in the ICU, including initial patient assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, administration of vasoactive medications, infection control, and rapid response to emergent changes.
  • Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, respiratory therapists, and bedside teams.
  • Provide precise documentation, patient and family education, and safe transition planning for step‐down or discharge.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to evidence‑based practice in critical care.
