- Shift: 8‑hour day shifts, Monday–Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Hours per Week: 40 (72 guaranteed hours biweekly)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,870 – $3,020
- Lead and manage the Endoscopy Unit and Pain Management Clinic, ensuring high‑quality patient care and operational excellence.
- Provide nursing leadership as the Nurse Manager (RN): mentor, support, and supervise nursing staff in a fast‑paced, high‑volume outpatient clinical environment.
- Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, workflow management, and staffing for endoscopy and pain services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams (physicians, advanced practice providers, techs) to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation and reporting; use Kronos, Workday, and Laborlytics for payroll, employee management, and budgeting.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality/safety initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, change management, and problem‑solving skills to quickly adapt and drive results.
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required.
- CGRN certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a nurse manager or healthcare leadership role.
- Endoscopy nursing experience highly preferred.
- Epic EMR experience required.
- Experience with Kronos, Workday, and Laborlytics preferred.
- Travel nursing experience preferred.
- Must pass EKG and medication competency tests prior to acceptance (study materials provided; 85% or higher required).
- Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for at least 6 months.
