? We are seeking a bold, hands‑on
Site Director
to step into a clinical research site with untapped potential and lead its transformation into a high‑performing, patient‑centered operation.

You will have the autonomy, visibility, and support to implement best‑in‑class operational processes, mentor and inspire your team, and directly impact enrollment performance, data quality, and financial outcomes. As Site Director, you will serve as the operational and cultural heartbeat of the site—balancing strategy with execution and leadership with accountability.

• Coach, mentor, and develop site staff to reach their highest potential and operate as a cohesive, high‑performing team
• Establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Champion patient experience, retention strategies, and enrollment excellence

• Own site‑level KPIs, including enrollment targets, financial performance, and quality metrics
• Implement and optimize operational systems and workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Collaborate with the Business Development teamand Sponsors/CROsto ensure the site has a consistent pipeline of awarded studies

• Oversee financial performance across trials
• Maintain accountability for invoicing accuracy and financial forecasting

You’re a proven clinical research professional with leadership instincts, financial acumen, and the resilience to lead through change. You approach evolving operations with confidence and optimism, recognizing their potential to become success stories under strong leadership.

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trials (as a primary study coordinator, project coordinator, or similar role)
• Previous experience at the site‑level required
• 3+ years of people management experience within the healthcare industry required
• Experience with change management techniques highly valued
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and site‑level financials

• Highly detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Strong critical thinker who can prioritize, problem‑solve, and execute under pressure
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing sight of the big picture
• Tech‑savvy with strong computer and reporting skills
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to build trust across teams and external partners
• Customer‑ and patient‑focused mindset
