Our client, a successful personal injury & mass tort firm, is seeking a skilled Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience to join their team.

Litigation Attorney

Location:

Plymouth, MA

Salary: $90,000 - $145,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Hybrid (2 or 3 days a week in office), but can vary depending on workload

Responsibilities:

+ Manage and assist with all phases of products liability and/or mass tort case development, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

+ Ability to manage multiple matters independently.

+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

+ Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.

+ Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.

+ Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication.

+ Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ 2-5 years civil litigation experience - products liability, personal injury and/or mass tort is a plus, but not a requirement.

+ Must be a member in good standing with the State of Massachusetts Bar.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Excellent Analytical skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively.

+ Experience prosecuting and defending at deposition.
