The Facilities Data and Systems Intern for the Facilities Department will support maintenance module data entry and debugging. The intern will gather missing data, create upload files for Epicor (ERP System), conduct trial runs, and assist with training. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with Epicor’s facilities management modules while ensuring data integrity and supporting process improvements within the department.

1st . Monday-Thursday 8:30am‑4:30pm (Summer Fridays).

• Collect data from tools and equipment
• Verify data is correct and formatted for import into Epicor
• Import into Epicor and error‑check/fill in missing data
• Run test scenarios to ensure maintenance module is functioning properly
• Collaborate with finance to establish asset tracking and depreciation

• Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail for data checking
• Ability to research data from factory and online
• Understanding of ERP/MRP software

• Walking, bending, and use of step stool/ladders in the factory environment
• Computer data entry in an office environment

$18.00/hour
