Certified Nursing Assistants CNA and Home Health Aides HHA

Overview

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide and/or CNA for the Plymouth area to assist with our senior clients who are in need of support with Activities of daily living, household support and companionship. We are a trusted provider for the Veterans Administration, are you able to help out with our great Veteran client's that have done so much for our Country?

Daily 4-Hour Shifts example: 8am-12pm, 9am-1pm, 10am-2pm, etc. 3pm-7pm, 4pm-8pm. Day

Shifts:

8am-8pm, 10am-4pm (client states what hours are needed).

• CNA or HHA would assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
• CNA or HHA would assist with light housekeeping
• CNA or HHA would encourage walking, exercising
• CNA or HHA would encourage stimulating conversation
• CNA or HHA would assist Activities and exercise according to the Care Plan
• CNA or HHA would encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/Care Plan
• Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant would competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
• Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification
• 2+ Years experience working with your Certification
• Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA
• Must have experience working with Dementia
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test, Quanti
  
  FERON Gold Test, or X-ray
• Dementia care experience
• Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
• You must own a cell phone.
