Plymouth Heart Center, a member of Tufts Medicine Integrated Network, is seeking an exceptional colleague to join our busy Primary Care/Cardiology practice in Plymouth, MA as an Internal Medicine Physician.

Our well-established and collaborative practice in Plymouth is committed to providing the highest quality primary care to adult medicine patients across the South Shore region. Join a collegial and cohesive group of six providers and manage your own panel of patients.

The Internal Medicine Physician will have the support of both experienced and knowledgeable colleagues that foster a team approach. How you’ll transform patient care:

• You’ll develop meaningful relationships with your patients.
• You’ll meet your patient’s primary care needs with same-day or routinely scheduled in-office or telehealth appointments.
• You’ll work cross-functionally with various members of our medical community.

Who you are:

• Have a passion for providing primary care to patients in a diverse community setting
• A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champion world class patient satisfaction and support
• A current medical license or the ability to obtain a medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Current certification in CPR is required
• A patient-centered approach with a focus on high-quality care and patient satisfaction
