Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from pre‑construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards.

• Manage multiple construction and remodeling projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding progress, changes, and expectations
• Review plans, scopes of work, and specifications for accuracy
• Track budgets, change orders, and job costs
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Collaborate with the office/admin team on documentation and reporting
• Ensure projects comply with local codes and company standards

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and materials
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with project management software (Job Tread or similar preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience with high‑end residential remodeling
• Budget tracking and job costing experience
• Leadership and subcontractor management skills
