Clerical, Summer Seasonal, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
South Shore Early Education and Care ? a program of the SSCAC, Inc. on the South Shore seeks a part time temporary Receptionist at our Plymouth location. 20 hours per week, up to a six‑month assignment, Monday to Friday. Schedule 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday to Friday, no weekends, no nights. No benefits apply, other than the MA state sick leave law, and scheduled holidays.
Base hourly rate: $20.61/hr.
- Answering phones, gatekeeping and greeting clients, with ability to multitask while operating front desk.
- Ability to manage clients and direct phones simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Must have excellent Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Mail, copier, and scanner skills necessary.
- Minimum of high school degree or HISET/GED may be substituted.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Bilingual in other languages, like Portuguese, Spanish or Arabic is helpful; although not required.
- All candidates must undergo a DCF background check, with CORI, SORI and fingerprints post interview, prior to beginning employment.

- Valid MA state driver’s license.
