1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 3PM;
Friday, 6AM - 10AM
- Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through frequent connection and communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs, review performance, capacity, backlog, progress, job status, legacy work, and present product solutions.
- Manage and monitor client VMI programs, evaluating aging inventory levels in collaboration with client to absorb excess inventory.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement account plans to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the President or key stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service regardless of the size of the customer.
- Work closely with the sales team, Engineering, Quality, and Quality Assurance to ensure a cohesive approach to market.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Print materials needed for production orders (prints, criteria, C of C, etc.).
- Provide feedback to all relevant teams based on client interactions and market trends.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the President and senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account management and sales performance.
- Utilize sales intelligence to inform strategic decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek opportunities to grow the amount of business with existing clients.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately driving business growth.
- Conform to ISO
13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements - Other work-related tasks as assigned
