Overview
Seven Oaks Veterinary Clinic, just outside of South Bend, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. Full or part-time hours are available, and any level of experience is encouraged to apply.
We are a 5-doctor small animal clinic that has recently added exotics and occasional small ruminants. We offer digital x-ray with email to outside consultants, digital dental radiography, sedivue urinalysis, Idexx blood machines, snap tests, isoflurane gas anesthesia, two hydraulic exam room lift tables, and Avimark computer software. Our facility has four exam rooms and a dedicated surgery room. We emphasize work/life balance;
there are no after-hours emergency calls, and two local emergency clinics are available for after-hours as needed. We encourage case discussion and mentorship among doctors.
- Perform routine surgeries and some orthopedic procedures; collaborate with other veterinarians on appointments and surgeries.
- Diagnose and treat small animals and, where applicable, exotics and small ruminants.
- Provide compassionate patient care and client education; participate in teamwork and case consultations.
- DVM degree or equivalent; licensed or eligible to practice (as applicable).
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
- Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and a team-based approach.
- Up to $40,000 in incentives: sign-on bonus, retention bonuses, student loan assistance.
