  Full‑time center‑based therapy Monday‑Friday, no nights or weekends, no contractual obligations.

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customised therapy plans.
• Apply advanced play‑based and naturalistic therapy techniques.
• Document and track each child’s development meticulously.
• Guide children’s progress toward educational and social success.
• Embody core values—compassion, trustworthiness, courage, and commitment—in a supportive team environment.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Physical ability to lift/carry ">50 lbs, run, crouch, squat, kneel, bend, sit for extended periods, and move quickly between positions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Background check and drug test required at hire (safety priority).

$18.00‑$21.00 per hour.
