• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized therapy plans.
• Apply creative techniques in a play‑based, naturalistic environment.
• Guide children’s progress toward educational and social goals.
• Document and track developmental milestones meticulously.
• Embody core values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment within a supportive team.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs; ability to run, crouch, squat, kneel, bend, sit, and move quickly. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Safety is a priority; a background check and drug test are required at hire.

Salary: $18.00–$21.00 per hour.
