Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients (pediatrics to geriatrics)
- Work under the supervision and collaboration of a physician
- Perform history and physical exams
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and recommend therapies
- Perform basic in-office procedures
- Communicate abnormal findings to supervising physician
- Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment
- Reassess care plans and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with the care team for patient-centered planning
- Ensure documentation, coding, and billing accuracy
- Adhere to patient health and safety regulations
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance processes
- Provide schedule flexibility and support service excellence
- May supervise and teach Family Medicine residents
- May need active staff membership at SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply
- Maintain professional, mission-aligned conduct at all times
- Starting salary range: $240,000-$260,000 + production
- Student loan assistance available

- 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $3,000 for CME
- $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships
- COVID vaccination, Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine
- REQUIRED - IN license (or willing to obtain)
- REQUIRED - BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)
- REQUIRED - DEA (or willing to obtain)
- REQUIRED - COVID-vaccination
- REQUIRED - Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with paediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field)
- REQUIRED - EPIC EMR knowledge
- HIGHLY PREFERRED
