Prepare individual income tax returns accurately and efficiently
Gather, review, and organize client tax documentation
Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
Communicate with clients regarding missing information or clarifications
Assist with extensions, amended returns, and basic tax questions as needed
Maintain organized and confidential client files
1–3+ years of individual tax preparation experience
Familiarity with common tax software (Drake, Pro Series, Ultra Tax, Lacerte, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently during peak tax season
Professional and client-focused communication style
Work Setting: On-site
Location: Plymouth, Indiana
Pay Range: $45,760- $72,800
