Rate: $17.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $500.00 (for new hires only, paid after 90 days of employment)

Location: Colonial School-Age Programs

Schedule: Part-time, Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Ready to dive into having fun while helping kids grow and shine? Wonderspring is looking for a Lifeguard to join our team at our Colonial School-Age Program! You ll start by supporting our school-age summer camp aquatics programming.

• Supervise and ensure the safety of all children during scheduled swim sessions and aquatic fitness activities
• Enforce water safety rules and emergency procedures at all times
• Deliver basic water safety instruction and support children of varying swim abilities
• Conduct daily checks of pool equipment and maintain cleanliness of the aquatic area
• Respond quickly and effectively to any aquatic emergencies

• High School Diploma or GED required; CDA preferred
• Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., Red Cross) is required
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies
• Must meet all DHS requirements, including current clearances (PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI, NSOR) and a Health Assessment with TB test
