• $75,000 - $140,000 based on experience (top performers may earn more)

• Two scheduling options: M‑F 11 am‑7 pm or Tue‑Sat 8 am‑4 pm

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead clients to informed and confident buying decisions
• Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential homes
• Design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes
  
  Must be able to work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Must have strong technical skills, be a master at troubleshooting and enjoy interacting with people

• 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Experience with well systems, well pumps, and water softeners preferred
• Client focused with very good communication skills
• Self‑motivated, accountable, values high‑integrity, and a competitive spirit
• Strong team mentality
