Sales Counselor

Job Overview

Everstory Partners is looking for a Sales Counselor to sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise.

• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as required.

Estimated first‑year earnings (wage + commission): $55,000 – $65,000. Uncapped commission and earnings. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, and/or sales preferred.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM (lead management system) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
