Are you a people‑person who thrives on making connections, solving problems, and supporting both pets and their families? At Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital, we’re seeking Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to be the welcoming face of our emergency and specialty hospital.

Our mission is to deliver compassionate, high‑quality service while supporting our clients and veterinary teams through every step of their pet’s journey. As a CSR, you’ll play a vital role in creating positive experiences for clients while helping pets receive the care they need.

We Are

Located in Plymouth Meeting, PA
, Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital is a multi‑service facility offering general practice, 24/7 emergency care, and specialty services including internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and more. We also provide boarding, daycare, grooming, and rehabilitation.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome clients and patients warmly, providing a positive first impression
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Assist with check‑ins and check‑outs for emergency, specialty, and general practice services
  • Guide clients through treatment plans, billing, and discharge instructions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all client information is up‑to‑date
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs to keep hospital operations running smoothly
  • Provide clear, compassionate communication – especially in emergency or emotional situations
  • Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Anticipated Schedule
  • Saturday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Compensation

Starting at $18.00/hr

Requirements
  • Experienced in customer service (veterinary, medical, pet care, or hospitality preferred)
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy, high‑energy environment
  • Skilled in communication and conflict resolution
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and team‑oriented
  • Excited to learn and grow within a supportive hospital setting
