Human Resources Director - Greater Philadelphia

A global medical manufacturing organization is a seeking a Director of Human Resource to join their team! Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for building and leading an HR function that supports scale, execution, and a performance-driven culture within a highly regulated environment. This role will offer between $,000 + bonus.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and lead the HR function aligned to business strategy, growth goals, and regulatory requirements
  • Translate company priorities into focused people strategies across hiring, development, and succession
  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen accountability, performance, and leadership effectiveness
  • Design and implement practical HR processes that support speed while meeting compliance and quality standards
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations
  • Support post-acquisition integration and organizational scaling in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and applicable international labor laws, industry regulations, and internal quality systems
  • Leverage meaningful HR metrics to improve talent decisions and workforce planning
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Proven experience supporting growth, change, and executive leadership teams
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR systems within regulated industries
  • Sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguity
