Overview
The Women’s Health Clinical Training Program Field Specialists (CTPFS) will execute and manage event types within the Clinical Training Programs (CTPs) to address unmet needs in women’s health training. The role is guided by the Reference Manual for CTPs and involves collaboration with women’s health professionals, academic centers, organizations, and business partners.
Responsibilities- Execute and manage regulatory guidelines governing CTPs, including program disclosure and trainer engagement by Organon.
- Organize the end-to-end process needed to set up, execute, and complete a CTP event.
- Collaborate with the CTP team, training request points of contact, the Clinical Account Specialist sales team, Regional Manager, and other commercial team members.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors.
- Instruct healthcare professionals on a review of the prescribing label and hands‑on simulation of insertion, localization, removal, and reinsertion of the control product.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- One to two years professional experience in sales, healthcare, life sciences, or a scientific field.
- High level of customer service and experience supporting a field sales team or healthcare providers, event planning, or training coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of compliance‑related concepts, including laws and regulations governing pharmaceutical/vaccine marketing and sales activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
The territory includes Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Candidates must reside within this area and be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time.
