• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
• Build rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain purchase options
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build long‑term relationships
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

• Sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow proven sales processes
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
