Job Description

Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. The following position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. Responsibilities
  • Develop, recommend, implement, and monitor annual budgets to ensure profitable and strategic growth and return on investment.
  • Set main operations schedule for the facility, advise customers and sales on availability and schedule delivery of completed product to ensure proper workflow.
  • Resolve customer complaints, seeking assistance from the sales manager or Division Manager when necessary to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist sales and customers with quotations for special orders, ensuring all pertinent cost factors have been considered and the team can handle work within the schedule set.
  • Monitor facility equipment, schedule long‑term maintenance, and interface with engineering on required updates to keep the facility functioning at the highest possible capacity.
  • Structure, staff, develop, evaluate, and motivate the organization to ensure competency, capability, continuity, and productivity of human resources required for achievement of operating objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate and Division policy to minimize work‑related injuries, illnesses, employee lost time, and workers’ compensation costs. Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company Finance and Human Resources policies.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
  • Ability to quickly receive and process information and make appropriate decisions.
  • Effective issue management skills, problem identification, root‑cause analysis, and solution recommendation.
  • Self‑confident, self‑directed, ability to work with various levels of staff and management.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, work in a fast‑paced and at times pressured environment, and balance competing priorities.

  • 5–10 years of management or supervisory experience.
