Compensation: $20-25 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary
Delivers predictable, high-quality four-handed support for implant, cosmetic, and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong support with Four-handed dentistry in restorative procedures and implant placements, oral surgery, and composite bonding
- Acquire and process digital radiographs and intraoral scans; assist with Chairside CAD/CAM
- Fabricate and adjust provisional restorations; manage instrument setup and sterilization
- Educate patients on existing oral disease, treatment recommendations, digital workflows, and post-operative care
- Assisting a hygienist
- Patient education
- Handing off patients to doctors and the front office team
Qualifications
- Active RDA license and current CPR certification
- 1-2 years of experience in implant, cosmetic, and digital dentistry environments (not a must, but desirable)
- Bilingual is preferred
- Proficiency with digital scanners (iTero) and CAD systems (3D printers)
- Strong initiative, consistency, calm under pressure, one-team mentality
- Great communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Positive Attitude is a MUST
- Ideal
Certifications:
Coronal Polishing, EFDA, N2O, and Radiology - Knowledge of Dentrix software
