Solution Architect (Full-Stack | AWS | Startup Environment)

• Design and own end-to-end cloud-native architecture using AWS services for scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
• Lead backend development using Python and frontend development using React; guide mobile architecture decisions
• Architect and review microservices-based solutions leveraging Lambda, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, Event Bridge, and API integrations
• Experience with data modelling across MySQL, Dynamo
  
  DB, Mongo
  
  DB, and event-driven data pipelines
• Establish and enforce quality engineering practices including test strategies, automation, performance, and reliability
• Mentor engineering teams on architecture, coding standards, cloud best practices, and Dev Ops principles
• Act as the primary onsite technical liaison with customers; gather requirements, propose solutions, and drive technical discussions
• Support rapid product iteration typical of startup environments while ensuring long-term architectural sustainability

• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS (Lambda, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, Event Bridge, API Gateway, IAM, VPC, Cloud Watch)
• Strong experience in microservices and event-driven architectures
• Expert proficiency in Python backend development; solid experience with React and modern frontend frameworks;

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make architectural decisions in ambiguous startup scenarios
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Prior experience working in startup or product-centric environments is highly preferred
• Experienced in working with Onshore-Offshore model delivery.
