• Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot/resolve problems, respond to call‑outs, and prepare cost estimates.
• Inspect the drain line with a camera to identify drainage issues.
• Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems.
• Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality.

• 3 years as a drain technician or plumbing helper for residential plumbing.
• Experience using a jetter and camera.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Must pass a motor vehicle and background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $65,000 to $120,000 annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good‑faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
