Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and public areas, help to maintain orderly movement of visitors, and report suspicious activity and/or policy violations per site guidelines;
Complete required documentation such as shift activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs with clear, factual details
