Position OverviewWe are seeking a high‑performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new client relationships and secure long‑term security contracts. This is a hunter role focused on outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building. This position offers a base salary plus commission. Commission details will be discussed during the in‑person interview process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and Linked In.
- Research and qualify corporate and executive‑level leads.
- Schedule discovery meetings with senior decision‑makers.
- Manage pipeline, activity tracking, and CRM documentation.
- Meet outreach and performance benchmarks.
- Represent VCPG professionally in all communications.
- Provide market and competitive insights.
- Attend networking events and build referral partnerships.
- Corporate offices and executive teams.
- Educational campuses.
- Residential and estate properties.
- Event venues and private gatherings.
- High‑net‑worth individuals and family offices.
- 2+ years B2B outbound sales or business development experience.
- Experience selling services (security, staffing, facilities, or similar preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive‑level presence.
- Comfortable meeting call and email targets.
- CRM experience (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar).
