Location: Pleasanton
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $70,304 per year + Commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a high‑performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new client relationships and secure long‑term security contracts. This is a hunter role focused on outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building. This position offers a base salary plus commission. Commission details will be discussed during the in‑person interview process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and Linked In.
  • Research and qualify corporate and executive‑level leads.
  • Schedule discovery meetings with senior decision‑makers.
  • Manage pipeline, activity tracking, and CRM documentation.
  • Meet outreach and performance benchmarks.
  • Represent VCPG professionally in all communications.
  • Provide market and competitive insights.
  • Attend networking events and build referral partnerships.
Target Client Segments
  • Corporate offices and executive teams.
  • Educational campuses.
  • Residential and estate properties.
  • Event venues and private gatherings.
  • High‑net‑worth individuals and family offices.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years B2B outbound sales or business development experience.
  • Experience selling services (security, staffing, facilities, or similar preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive‑level presence.
  • Comfortable meeting call and email targets.
  • CRM experience (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven.
