Vagaro is seeking a high-performing Account Executive, Mid-Market to drive strategic revenue growth within multi-location and enterprise accounts across the health, beauty, wellness, and fitness industries.
This role is central to Vagaro’s up-market expansion strategy. The Mid-Market AE is responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing complex sales opportunities while building executive-level relationships and delivering measurable business value. The ideal candidate thrives in competitive environments, operates with ownership, and has a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in consultative SaaS sales.
* This role is based onsite in Pleasanton, CA Monday through Friday*
Compensation Details:- Base Salary: $80K - $100K
- Commission Structure: 50/50 Split
- Annual On Target Earnings (OTE): $160K - $200K
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Development
- Drive new logo acquisition within multi-location and enterprise segments
- Build, manage, and advance a qualified pipeline through strategic outbound and SDR partnership
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
- Develop territory and account plans targeting high-value operators and chains
- Deliver consistent, accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in Salesforce
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Lead discovery conversations with senior decision-makers to uncover operational, financial, and growth challenges
- Quantify ROI and deliver compelling value-based proposals
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements that drive long-term partnerships
- Position Vagaro as a strategic growth platform — not just a point solution
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leadership at target accounts
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and executive presentations
- Represent Vagaro at industry events, trade shows, and in-market meetings
- Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the evaluation and buying process
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success to win and expand accounts
- Provide market feedback to influence product and GTM strategy
- Contribute to a high-performance, accountable sales culture
Required
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with consistent over-attainment
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise-level sales cycles
- Strong consultative, solution-based selling skills
- Experience forecasting and managing pipeline in Salesforce
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong deal management discipline
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling into beauty, wellness, fitness, or adjacent verticals
- Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders
- Experience selling payments, fintech, or vertical software platforms
