Qualifications
- Current CA Commercial Real Estate License
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive
- The ability to work with a team as well as independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A keen sense of marketing and networking
- Must have high attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skilled negotiator
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites & Adobe
- Identify high quality business opportunities via industry plate form leads, phone calls, market research and targeted networking.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the industry professionals, including but not limited to clients, all levels of brokers and co-brokers, as well as administrative professionals.
- Regularly obtain and leverage local real estate and economic data
- Meet with existing and prospective clients
- Successfully represent sales and leasing transactions
- Host and attend tours of commercial properties, industry networking events.
- Present marketing sales/lease proposal to clients
