Requirements

Active California RN license in good standing

Proven expertise in IV therapy

Home health experience preferred but not required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (driving required)

Position Overview

A supportive and flexible home health organization specializing in IV therapy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in their homes.

This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and excellent benefits starting on day one. The RN will work primarily with chronic infusion patients, delivering expert IV therapy while building strong relationships with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one IV therapy to patients, primarily those requiring chronic infusions

Travel to patient homes and deliver professional, safe, and compassionate nursing care

Build and maintain supportive relationships with patients and their caregivers

Adhere to clinical best practices, safety protocols, and company standards
