Entry-Level Marketing Manager

We are hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Manager to join our growing team and support event marketing, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
. This is a hands-on, public-facing marketing role ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy engaging with people and representing a brand in live environments.

No prior marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for advancement into senior marketing, outreach, or event management positions.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, brand activations, and community outreach campaigns

• Represent the company and partner organizations professionally at public events and local marketing initiatives

• Manage event logistics

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and community partners

• Track event performance, engagement metrics, and outreach results

• Ensure brand consistency, professionalism, and messaging across all events

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Coursework or interest in marketing, communications, or business is a plus

• Experience in events, customer service, hospitality, promotions, or volunteer work preferred but not required
