MiCOM Labs is entering a phase of accelerated growth where execution, coordination, and operational discipline are critical to scaling successfully over the next 18-36 months. We are seeking a senior operating leader to partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into action across the organization.

This role has executive-level visibility and authority to drive execution decisions across functions and exists to increase execution velocity, improve cross-functional alignment, and ensure that high-priority initiatives are delivered with clarity and accountability. It is a hands‑on leadership position for an experienced operator who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to build structure without slowing teams down.

The Head of Business Operations will bring practical experience working with product regulatory compliance, either from the manufacturer side or through accredited test laboratories. This perspective enables informed prioritization, sound trade‑offs, and execution decisions that balance regulatory rigor with commercial urgency as the business scales.

• Lead cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives across engineering, operations, and business teams applying real‑world regulatory compliance experience to operational and strategic decisions
• Serve as a key decision‑maker and escalation point for cross-functional execution challenges
• Translate company strategy into operating plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes
• Establish and maintain operating cadence (planning, reviews, follow‑up, and accountability)
• Act as an integrator across functions, ensuring alignment, communication, and decision clarity
• Identify execution bottlenecks and implement scalable, pragmatic processes
• Partner closely with the CEO to improve focus, prioritization, and decision velocity
• Support leadership team effectiveness through clear goals, metrics, and ownership
• Partner with engineering and compliance leadership to align business priorities with regulatory realities
• Help leadership teams make informed decisions when compliance, schedule, and commercial pressures intersect

• 10+ years of experience in operations, program leadership, strategy, or general management roles
• 2+ years of direct experience working with regulatory compliance in product, manufacturing, or testing environments
• Proven track record driving execution in complex, cross‑functional organizations
• Strong business judgment and comfort balancing speed, quality, and ambiguity
• Ability to influence without relying on formal authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in technology, engineering‑driven organizations, or regulated industries strongly preferred
