This key position leads all aspects of sales and service for a medium‑to‑large Terminix branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for team leadership, staff training, customer satisfaction, service delivery, operational efficiency, and new business development.

The Branch Manager manages:

• Branch P&L – monitoring financial performance and driving revenue growth
• Employee morale and customer satisfaction by fostering a positive work environment
• The sales team and branch supervisors
• Service operations in partnership with the Branch Service Manager
• Recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of branch staff
• Regulatory compliance, quality controls, and safety standards
• Alignment with Terminix business models and company initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2–4 years of associate management experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to relocate (highly desirable)
• Profit & loss or sales‑management experience (strongly preferred)
• Ability to lead and motivate others through coaching and mentoring
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in problem solving and practical solution development
• Rapport building and trust establishment with customers and employees
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Aptitude for basic/intermediate mathematics (needed for sales and service calculations)
• A valid driver’s license (required)
