OverviewUltimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to join their client's dynamic team in Pleasanton, California. This is a supervisory position that requires significant travel throughout the East Bay Area, managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.
- Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and supervise project team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals as needed.
- Proven experience in managing commercial electrical projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout East Bay Area (around 75% travel time).
- Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Monday through Friday, first shift.
