Description
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Pleasanton, CA area!
Responsibilities- MUST be open to Shift ***
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Create, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and food safety regulations.
- Track equipment performance and manage upgrades, modifications, or improvements when needed.
- Partner with production teams to resolve equipment concerns and minimize disruptions to production schedules.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment performance metrics.
- Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to strengthen technical skills and promote a safe working environment.
- Manage spare parts inventory and oversee the maintenance budget to ensure cost effective operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
