This position is responsible for maintaining club building operations as directed and to provide the highest level of service to the members. All associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests and consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

• Learn and apply the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Preventive maintenance of the building such as pool vacuuming and testing/adjusting pool water chemicals, plumbing, light electrical and painting.
• Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Greet members and guests throughout the property.
• Understand and anticipate the needs of the property.
• Be attentive and listen carefully to the member’s and follow through.
• Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner.
• Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings and training.
• Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.
• Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings.

Minimum Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily.

• Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures.
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret technical instructions.

Experience

• Minimum three (3) years of building operations experience.
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, anticipate the needs of others and willing to acquire new skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• High cleanliness standards.

Regularly required to sit, stand, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Occasionally required to walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste or smell. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision required: close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. Noise level is usually moderate.

Estimated Base Pay Range: $15.50 - $30.00 / hour.

* Offered to Full-Time associates. Full-Time status eligibility starting at 20 average hours of work per week.
