Overview:

A highly regarded regional firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate attorney for its Business and Real Estate Transactions practice in Pleasanton, CA. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to commercial deals, real estate transactions, and business entity formation within a collaborative team that values client service, innovation, and attorney growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and transactional documents

• Handle real estate sales, acquisitions, leases, and financing deals

• Support clients in business formation, restructuring, and governance matters

• Conduct due diligence for both business and real estate transactions

• Manage closings and post-closing follow-ups

• Work closely with clients and third parties to execute deal strategy

• Provide clear, proactive legal guidance throughout the transaction process

Qualifications:

• 1–6 years of experience in business and/or real estate transactions

• JD from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice in California or eligible to waive in

• Proficient in closing processes and drafting transactional documentation

• Client-focused with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and legal problem-solving capabilities
