Enterprise Architect

Akkodis is seeking an Enterprise Architect for a Contract with a client in Pleasanton, CA. This role requires a Solution Consultant with strong healthcare domain expertise and the ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $ 60 /hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Enterprise Architect job responsibilities include:

• Partner with business stakeholders to define strategic technology roadmaps and translate complex business needs into clear technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance to ensure solution designs align with enterprise standards, conducting design reviews and delivering high-quality technical artifacts.
• Break down business requirements into features, scalable components, and user stories while maintaining traceability across Jira and related tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams during solution delivery, resolving integration challenges and ensuring clarity of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify and communicate technical risks, blockers, and design conflicts throughout the project lifecycle, escalating when necessary.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, support testing strategy, and consolidate design documentation into initiative-level architectural deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in solution architecture, business consulting, or technical leadership roles.
• Strong healthcare functional domain knowledge, with a preference for experience supporting healthcare organizations.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable architectural solutions, with hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Lucid, and Confluence.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
