This will be a hybrid role available in Pleasanton, CA. As a TPM, you will be managing multiple highly complex transformation projects which include Sec Dev Ops or Dev Sec Ops , Integration, Automation, and Identity.

Responsibilities &

Skills:


• 12 plus years of experience in technical program management in Agile methodology.

• Program lead developing and executing program plans on scope,
timelines
, risks
, risk mitigation
plans
, resources
, and cost.

• Work with business, technology
, and security stakeholders on periodic program status via an executive deck, risks, mitigations, dependencies, etc.

• Develop and present KPIs execution metrics
, ROI metrics, and SDLC
metrics like lead time to production, quality, and security metrics and insights.

• Manage global teams with offshore and third-party vendors or suppliers. Integrate teams and vendors into project strategy and plans.

• Synthesize program plans and OKRs into Jira stories overlooking execution in Agile
Sprints
.

• Create a disciplined delivery mechanism focusing on quality output from delivery teams.

• Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams tracking dependencies within their Jira boards for a final quality output.

• Work with Security teams on shift-left strategy with security-approved templates or blueprints, security scans, vulnerability management, and approvals before code is deployed to Production.

• Ensure processes, procedures, and documentation are produced as part of the program output.

• Provide a data-driven approach to Stakeholders for decision-making.
