• Plan, initiate and manage information technology projects including the implementation of contact center software solutions, cloud communication products and API-driven CRM integrations.
• Work with technical staff to drive enhancement projects.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
• Plan project stages and assess business implications of each stage by gathering business requirements from stakeholders, conducting user research, and creating detailed and actionable product requirements.
• Monitor progress to ensure that deadlines, standards and cost targets are met.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsУкраїна.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and assess product performance post-launch to ensure continuous improvement.
• Salary: $87,464/yr.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or another closely related field and 0 months of experience.
