Care Provider – Ivy Park at Hayward

Full‑time, PM shift available. Pay: $20–$21 per hour.

• Assist residents in activities of daily living (ADL) as specified in the resident’s service and care plan—eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (walking), and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining self‑respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected change of resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments.

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening, including physical and TB tests.
• Oakmont Management Group may require vaccination and daily screening, PPE usage, and other COVID‑19 or communicable disease measures per regulatory guidelines.
