This full‑time, in‑person role sits at the intersection of hospitality, organization, and human connection. CoreResponsibilities
- Create a warm, professional, and organized client experience from arrival to departure
- Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and follow‑ups with accuracy and confidence
- Collect payments and explain plans of care clearly and respectfully
- Provide hospitality touches that make people feel genuinely cared for
- Support physical therapists with day‑to‑day clinic flow and communication
- Assist with overflow sales conversations and client follow‑up when volume is high
- Serve as a reliable backup to our Sales Development Representative, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks
- You genuinely enjoy helping people and building rapport
- You are organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both in person and on the phone
- You like having responsibility and ownership over your role
