OverviewAs a Healthcare Operations Manager at DaVita, you will be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting.
Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and community.
- Manage complete clinic operation and performance: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
- Operate the clinic autonomously while receiving support and guidance from the director, regional peers, and the greater company.
- Foster a culture that rewards demonstration of shared values and behaviors and partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and meet regional goals and standards.
- Lead a positive, collaborative environment that ensures teamwork and high performance.
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred. - Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (e.g., nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN).
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or to be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Collaboration with clinical and financial teams on a daily basis to produce results aligning with business needs.
- Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President.
