Interim Assistant Patient Care Manager, Emergency Department (Evenings) – Pleasanton, CA. The Position:
An Interim Assistant Patient Care Manager, Emergency Department (Evenings) is needed to support emergency services during the evening shift at a 167-bed hospital.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care in coordination with a Level 1 trauma center, while maintaining smooth evening operations.
- The candidate will lead emergency department operations in the evening, with prior leadership experience in fast-paced or high-acuity environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active California RN license required.
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience, with a strong background in emergency medicine.
- Compensation Range: $130,000 to $140,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the role, including health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
